▶কাহিনী: এ গল্পে বাঞ্ছা নামে এক ১১০ বছরের বুড়ো লোকের এক টুকরো বাগান আছে যেখানে তাজা লাউ, বেগুন নানা ধরেনের গাছ অনেক সুন্দর হয়ে আছে বাগান টা দেখলেই সকলের সবুজে প্রান জুরিয়ে যায়। নানা ধরনের লোক আসে তার কাছথেকে এ জমিটা কেনার জন্য।সে বিক্রয় করতে চায় না মানুষকে নানা ভাবে মিথ্যে ভুতের ভয় দেখিয়ে কেনা থেকে দুরে রাখে (কিন্তু একদিন সে নিজেই ভুত হয়ে সে জায়গা রক্ষা করে )কিন্তু তার নাতি সভাব ছিলো অনেক খারাপ মদখেয়ে এসে অনেক বার দাদারকে (বাঞ্ছাকে) জোর করে টিপশই দিতে জায়গাটা পাওয়ার জন্য এভাবেই একদিন সে মদ খেয়ে এসে দাদাকে মারধর করলে সেদিন সকালেই বারিতে কান্নার রোল পরে যায়। বাঞ্ছা হঠাৎ জৌবনে পুকুরে ডুবে মরা তার সুন্দরী বড়কে সে দেখতে পাচ্ছে তার বউ তাকে আদর করতে চাইছে (এনিয়ে বেশ কিছু মজার সিন আছে) বাঞ্ছা মরার পরে তার সাধের বাগান নিয়ে সে আরো চিন্তায় পরে গেলো এখনতো তার নাতী তার বাগানটা বেচে দেবে সেখানে লোকেরা শপিংমল করে নেবে।তার পরে সে পরামর্শের জন্য ঐ এলাকার রাজবাড়িতে গেলে মৃত রাজার ছবির দিকে তাকিয়ে রাজার মৃত আত্নাকেডাক দিলে রাজা ছবি থেকে বেরিয়ে এলো সাথে রাজ্যের অনেকে রাজা বাঞ্ছা বলে বেচে থাকতে জমিটা তাকে দেয়নি এখননএসেছে মরার পরে, পরে ভুতেরা সবাই মিলে ঐ জমি বেচার হাত থেকে বাচায় এবং শেষে বাঞ্ছাকেও বাচিয়ে দেয় এই নিয়েই গল্প এবং সাথে বেশ ফানি সর্ট রয়েছে যা আপনাকে হাসিয়ে ফেলবে।
